a very handsome man delivered some very beautiful gerber daisies to a very lucky girl on her nineteenth birthday. they provided some inspiration. quite a taste of spring.

About Me

My photo
Elizabeth BlakelyGrindrod
i'm a painter. yellow makes a difference. brighter, happier, softer. my favorite thing about yellow is when you want to show the sunlight hitting an object in a painting, white is the best color to highlight with, but if you add a teeny tiny bit of yellow, it becomes a warm, soft, sunlit highlight. it's important.
